Are there already drawn floor plans to be integrated (PDF / image / vector graphic)? Or should the **floor plans be drawn from scratch**? On request, we can draw the **floor plans as true to the original as possible** – for example, based on architectural data (CAD, dwg), existing images (PDF / image / vector graphic), or room dimensions and hand sketches. These plans are created in vector format and allow unlimited zooming. ### Is SemiChair a piece of software? No, SemiChair is a **web-based tool** that is **simply used in the browser**. **From anywhere**, even remotely. No installation on a device is required. The latest updates are available automatically. Fast, simple, intuitive and always up to date! ### Does the licence / price apply per employee? No. The **licence is one-off** and applies to the **entire team** – no matter how many people work on it. All team members can access SemiChair at the same time. ### Can the seating plans be saved? Yes. In all packages, the **plans** can be **saved** in SemiChair and **reloaded** at any time. This means existing plans can quickly be used as a basis for a new event. ### Can the seating plans be printed? Yes. The seating plans can be **printed and exported as a PDF**. ### How does automatic furniture placement work? With the furniture configurator, almost all **furniture can be arranged automatically in a grid**. The number, spacing and rotation of the furniture can be defined. Even cinema seating with 300 chairs can be created in next to no time. ### Can furniture be labelled? Yes. With the **text function**, **furniture, areas or seats can be labelled**.
