You can choose any text and background colour you like. The same applies to standard formatting options such as font size, font style and text alignment. The text element behaves like a piece of furniture and can be freely moved, rotated or copied.

Create seating plans for seminars, conferences and events

Many programmes for creating seating plans and room layouts originated as 3D, CAD or architectural software. Whilst the range of functions is naturally extensive, the complexity of the programme and the expertise required to use it are often just as great. The aim of SemiChair is to simplify this significantly. Seating plans should quick and easy to create. By all staff members! Without days of training, the knowledge from which is forgotten a few weeks later. On custom-designed floor plans different seating arrangements can be created in a matter of minutes. Whether it’s banquet seating, a U-shape, or a completely bespoke layout for the event in question. The client hasn’t yet decided whether they’d prefer block seating, parliamentary seating or theatre-style seating. No problem – it can be planned in no time! The client suddenly wants five more tables just before the event. No problem – simply adapted on the spot. Of course, it is possible to save seating plans. This means that standard seating plans can be created for all rooms and are therefore always available. You can, of course, also print them out on paper or save them as a PDF!

Choose from various pre-selected pieces of furniture : Chairs (with armrests, without armrests, stools), tables (banquet tables, round tables), combinations (e.g. banquet table with 2 chairs, round table with 6 chairs (cabaret), round table with 8 chairs (banquet)) and room elements (e.g. stage elements, projector screens). Or use ‘custom furniture’, placeholders so to speak, where you can specify the dimensions yourself. This allows you to create an 8m x 1m bar or a 6m x 4m stage in no time at all.

The furniture can be easily ordered via Drag'n'Drop to be moved, rotated, locked, deleted and duplicated using the mouse. Using multiple selection, this also works for entire rows of chairs or tables. Show a freely configurable grid a grid (e.g. 50 cm) to get a better overview of the spacing between the furniture. The furniture can also be aligned directly with the grid. This ensures that all the furniture is in a straight line or that all the chairs or tables are the same distance apart.

Auf Wunsch können die custom floorplans von uns möglichst originalgetreu gezeichnet werden. Zum Beispiel anhand von Architekturdaten (CAD, dwg), bestehenden Bildern (PDF / Bild / Vektorgrafik), oder Raum Abmessungen und Hand-Skizzen.
Diese Pläne werden im Vektorformat erstellt und ermöglichen ein unbegrenztes zoomen.

Nein, SemiChair ist ein web-basiertes Tool, das einfach im Browser verwendet wird. Von überall, auch remote. Es ist keine Installation an einem Endgerät notwendig. Die neuesten Updates stehen automatisch zur Verfügung.

Nein. Die Lizenz ist einmalig und gilt für das gesamte Team – egal wie viele Personen daran arbeiten. Alle Teammitglieder können gleichzeitig auf SemiChair zugreifen.

Ja. In allen Paketen können die plans in SemiChair gespeichert und jederzeit wieder geladen werden. So können Bestandspläne schnell als Grundlage für ein neues Event verwendet werden.

Ja. Die Bestuhlungspläne können gedruckt und als PDF exportiert werden.

Mit dem Möbel Konfigurator können nahezu alle Möbel automatisch in einem Raster angeordnet werden. Anzahl, Abstand und Rotation der Möbel können definiert werden. Selbst eine Kino-Bestuhlung mit 300 Stühlen lässt sich somit in kürzester Zeit erstellen.

 

Ja. Mit der Text-Funktion können Möbel, Bereiche oder Plätze beschriftet werden.

Textfarbe und Hintergrundfarbe sind frei wählbar. Ebenso klassische Formatierungen wie Schriftgröße, Schriftschnitt und Textausrichtung. Das Text Element kann anschließend wie ein Möbelstück verwendet werden (verschieben, drehen, kopieren, usw.)

Die Möbel-Platzhalter sind frei konfigurierbare Möbel (Rechteck und Kreis). Durch individuelle Maße können damit beliebige Elemente dargestellt werden, wie z.B. eine Bühne, Bar, Tanzfläche, Ausstellungselemente u.v.m.
